Product Description

1 .Pre-glued backing, activated by iron or heat blower (heat gun).
2. Easy manual installation for furniture repair and DIY projects, no separate glue needed.

Usage Instructions for Melamine Paper Edge Banding with Pre-Coated Hot Melt Adhesive

1. Clean the substrate edge thoroughly, remove dust, grease and burrs, keep the surface dry and smooth.
2. Measure the edge length and cut the edge banding, reserve proper overhang on both ends.
3. Align the edge banding with the board edge. Activate the hot melt backing by heating with edge banding machine or household iron at medium temperature.
4. Press firmly with roller or wooden block immediately while adhesive is molten to eliminate air bubbles and ensure full contact.
5. Let it cool completely. Trim excess overhang with edge trimmer or utility knife.
6. Sand the trimmed edge slightly for neat seamless finish.
